Classes at The Centre

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are drop in, no sign up required.


A fun and challenging cardiovascular and strength workout for all levels of fitness that burns calories! Experience a class made up of drills and endurance thrills with motivating music and an awesome instructor.

Workout of the Day

Functional Fitness at its finest. Lifting, cardio and body weight exercise all wrap into one intense class!

Strength Camp

Want to get stronger? Then this is the class for you. Each session you will learn and practice the fundamentals of the ‘Big Lifts’ – Squatting, Bench pressing and Dead Lifting, as well as a variety of other exercises.

Yoga (Hatha Flow)

Enhance flexibility, build strength, boost immunity and bring peace to the mind and body, through a variety of postural poses and breathing techniques.

Yoga (Gentle)

A restorative form of yoga that relieves stress, increases flexibility, calms the mind, and strengthens the body. Gentle yoga, in particular, can be relaxing and help enhance the range of motion.

Drop In Squash Improvement Sessions

Come and develop your squash game. Work along side our experienced squash pro’s and develop different aspects of your game each week.

Ladies Squash

Get involved in Ladies only squash. Develop your game with through different drills, footwork routines, racquet skills and match play.


Yoga – for Bros
